Do you get home from a long day - frazzled and famished - and find yourself knee deep in the bread bin or biscuit tin?
Is your go-to solution for most of your emotions food? Sad - eat. Angry - eat. Happy - eat. Bored - eat?
Do you ‘zone out’ when eating certain foods (usually carbs/sugar) and then wonder how you’ve eaten so much?
Do you often feel terrible about yourself after you’ve eaten a lot, and then promise yourself you’ll be good tomorrow?

On Friday 3rd November I’m hosting a one-day workshop on Zoom where we will spend the day together uncovering why you overeat and emotionally eat and giving you practical tools you’ll be able to implement RIGHT AWAY to learn how to manage these eating behaviours.
You feel like you eat too much food to the point of being uncomfortably full.
You try and restrict or cut out food groups to make up for the overeating.
You frequently feel guilty about your food choices, particularly when you've been 'bad'.
You turn to food to deal with stress and emotions and don't have many other coping strategies.
You feel like food is a problem in your life and you can't seem to achieve balance.
