Practical, non-diety nutrition strategies for managing cravings and reducing food obsession (and no, it’s not hiding the chocolate).

How to identify emotional triggers for overeating to prevent them reoccurring.

Immediate tools you can apply in the moment to stop an emotional eating ‘episode’ in its tracks.

By the end of our day together you will have a deeper understanding of why you overeat and emotionally eat, some simple nutrition strategies to manage your cravings and practical tools you can apply to avoid overeating and emotional eating, without cutting out foods or feeling deprived. All without needing to use more willpower!

This is a live all-day virtual event consisting of three workshops with time for Q&A and breaks between sessions. Here’s roughly how the day will go:

The workshops will take place on Zoom where we can all see each other and I can get to know you and answer your questions personally.

  • When is the workshop?
    The workshop is taking place on Friday 3rd November from 10am to 3pm.
  • Where is it taking place?
    It is a virtual even taking place on Zoom.
  • Will I need to have my camera on?
    It's not compulsory but it's great to get know each other better and answer your questions more personally!
  • What's the early bird?
    The early bird is a discounted price of £39 for people who purchase the workshop by 13th October.
  • What if I can't make it live?
    I'd encourage you to make time to come to some live sessions, but they will all be recorded and sent out afterwards so you can watch the replays.
  • Who is the workshop for?
    The workshop is for you if you struggle with restricting foods (dieting) and then overeating, or if you turn to food to manage your stress and emotions and frequently feel out of control around food. I will help you understand why you do this and give you tools to manage these behaviours.

    This workshop is not suitable for you if you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder.
